How to overcome the feeling of lost
Recently I have been getting into a state of feeling lost during my new work. I was not sure because of there are so many things happing suddenly happened in my life, my work, my decision of taking my study further...creating stress and tension in my mind and the more I try to work harder the more I have no idea every time I step in the studio with a bunch of dancers looking at me. I start to get frustration, fear to think of getting in the studio and boredom of myself to repeat what is just up front of my thoughts.
But then I start to look at rehearsal video and realise that I am at the edge of my comfort zone, I do need to have a step back or even walk away from it sometime to refresh. Stop and restart is what I need. This is actually can be one of my AOLs perhaps
